- If a patient does not show up at the clinic for the appointment, the slot will be cancelled. No charges will be incurred for cancellation.
Online Payments
Payment Errors
- If any payment is charged in error (e.g., duplicate transactions), the clinic will process a full refund after verification.
Refund Process
- Refunds for eligible cancellations or errors will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Non-Refundable Services
- Fees for services such as consultations, diagnostic tests, treatments, and procedures performed during the appointment are non-refundable, even in the case of appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
